Description

This is a entry for Tish-Marie 's contest of her OC sailor Romantica. This is a her after she's transformed and she's standing there ready with her wand and prepared to fight against the forces of evil! I did this using watercolors and watercolor pencils. By the way it looks better when enlarged.
